 WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

As soon as the Full Moon rises. Just kidding! Orders are filled within 7 days from purchase date, and once shipped, they arrive to you in approximately 3-5 business days. Exceptions may occur as USPS experiences delays, but overall we try to get things out right away.

CARRIER/SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship First Class Mail via the United States Postal Service (USPS), utilizing one of our shipping partners Sendle.

RETURNS

As a small business, we cannot offer returns at this time so ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please read product descriptions, sizing, etc carefully before buying and reach out to us via Instagram or email if you have any questions prior to placing an order, so that we may assist you and guarantee you are satisfied with your final purchase. 

LOST/DAMAGED PRODUCT

First off, we’re sorry to hear that! Secondly, we reserve the right to not replace a product that has been lost, damaged or stolen once it leaves our hands. We will handle these matters on a by case by case basis, and will do our best to work with our customers.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unfortunately, our brooms don’t travel that far yet. We are currently only shipping domestically, but DM us maybe we can accommodate your order.

CANNABIS INFUSED PRODUCTS

We are in California and therefore cannot ship products containing cannabis to certain parts of the US. Disclaimer: Our products are INFUSED with cannabis to retain the healing properties of the herb, but do not contain any sediment, particles, or otherwise pieces of plant material and we do not sell items for internal use or consumption.

PACKAGING

We use reusable glass containers for 98% of our products, and when choosing to go with plastic, we make sure that these are reusable as well. Other material we use to ship such as cardboard boxes and bubble wrap, are somewhat inevitable right now to ensure safe, intact delivery of products. We promise to continue working to reduce plastic in our shipping, as this was one of the reasons we took this long to get online. It is our hope to invest in compostable mailers and up-cycle other material to reduce our impact on the environment. As Brujas and as a small business, the health of our Earth is of utmost importance.
